We’re currently hiring Prep Cooks to support our fast-paced, high-performance kitchen.This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, values consistency and organization, and takes pride in being the backbone of the kitchen. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs to prepare ingredients and set the stage for exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute daily prep tasks according to chef instructions and standardized recipesWash, chop, portion, and label ingredients with precisionMaintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked prep stationFollow food safety and sanitation procedures at all timesAssist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventorySupport line cooks and kitchen leadership as needed throughout serviceQualificationsAt least 3 year of kitchen experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume environmentStrong knife skills and knowledge of basic prep techniquesUnderstanding of food safety and cleanliness standardsAbility to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced settingTeam-oriented mindset with a strong work ethicAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededWhat We OfferA positive, professional, and growth-focused kitchen cultureCompetitive pay based on experienceStaff meal program401(k) with company participationAccrued vacation time policyQuarterly incentive opportunitiesOpportunities for advancement within a respected hospitality groupIf you’re eager to grow your skills, contribute to a team that values craft and collaboration, and be part of something special, we’d love to meet you.
