CT Technologist - $20,000 Sign On Bonus

Our Client: Our Client is a full-service healthcare provider that has been providing emergency services to the Atlantis, FL community for over 20 years.

The Position: Our Client is seeking a qualified CT Technologist in Atlantis, FL. The CT Technician works in the inpatient and/or outpatient setting performing a variety of CT Scan imaging procedures used to diagnose medical conditions. You will operate the CT scan equipment to produce quality images for detecting pathology and abnormalities in patients. You will obtain consent, prepare patients, and explain the procedure to them. The patient population may range from newborn to geriatric.Our Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:

  • $30.34 to $42.47 per hour
  • Up to $20,000 sign on bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm
  • Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
  • Determine most suitable anatomical posture/position and shield patients accordingly
  • Collaborate with physicians and other Imaging staff as needed
  • Practice aseptic/sterile technique for all procedures
  • Work within the CT Tech scope of practice according to policy and procedures
  • Follow all general infection control measures and those specific to the CT scan department
  • Complete required documentation accurately immediately after completing each case

Job Requirements:

  • WILL CONSIDER A SEASONED X-RAY TECH TO TRAIN TO CT TECH- MIN SALARY
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging
  • One year of experience in performing CT preferred
  • Florida State DOH General Radiographer and ARRT CT Registry or registry eligible and acquire within six months of hire
