This role is instrumental in driving financial transparency, operational efficiency, and strategic oversight, particularly in the management of major capital projects. Key Responsibilities • Oversee fixed cost accounting for the plant, identifying opportunities for cost control and process optimization • Lead and mentor direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and growth • Serve as the Finance Business Partner for large-scale capital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including sourcing and procurement • Act as a Power BI Super User, leveraging data visualization to enhance reporting and decision-making • Ensure strict compliance with SOX controls and internal financial policies Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience; paper industry background strongly preferred • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Hands-on experience with SAP and Power BI • Proven expertise in capital management, budgeting, and cost control • Flexibility to collaborate with international teams; minimal travel required.
