call today 940-391-8565 or 940-383-3695 Key Responsibilities: • Perform complete body repair work including dent removal, frame straightening, part replacement, and refinishing. • Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and finishing. • Replace damaged panels, bumpers, hoods, and fenders while maintaining factory specifications. • Align and fit repaired body components accurately. • Coordinate with the manager and suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of body parts. • Maintain an organized work area, ensure safe use of tools, and follow all safety regulations. • Complete all work within promised deadlines and maintain consistent repair quality. Required Qualifications: • 3 to 5 years of professional experience as an auto body repair technician. • Expertise in collision repair, refinishing, and frame repair techniques. • Ability to operate body shop tools such as welders, sanders, and measuring systems. • Attention to detail and a commitment to precision and safety. • Must communicate clearly in English; Spanish is a plus. • Physical ability to lift, move, and fit medium-to-heavy parts. • Valid driver’s license required.
