About Socialmon (socialmon.ai) Socialmon is a tool for marketers to find viral marketing examples faster. Marketers can search any topic, idea, or niche and find hundreds of high performing examples for reference. Besides that, Socialmon has a save tool that allows marketers to save any marketing inspiration they find - full social media posts, ads and emails - into visual boards for collaboration. We're still very new (just started 1-2 months back) and are gearing to ship v1 in Oct to Nov 2025. We're bringing on our first Social Media Marketing Manager to own the launch across LinkedIn and beyond. The Role This is a full-time, fully remote role for a Social Media Marketing Manager at Socialmon. You will own Socialmon's organic social engine end to end across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok. Turn marketing and creator pains into scroll-stopping content, build a repeatable publishing system, and grow our founder + company pages. Lead content strategy to target marketers, creators and founders Build and run a monthly content calendar mapped to ongoing business objectives (waitlist growth, product milestones and case studies) Package viral inspirations from the Socialmon platform and turn them into swipeable teardowns and templates to adapt for other marketers / creators Set up marketing analytics and operations, such as UTMs, simple dashboards, experiments on hooks, formats and CTAs Nurture our community through thoughtful comments, DMs, creator collabs and user features Must Have Qualifications You've grown founder and brand accounts, ideally in B2B and SaaS space, with proof of performance (links, posts and dashboards) Excellent taste in visuals and short-form writing (hooks, angles) Analytical instincts: You regularly watch key metrics like retention, CTR and save rate System builder: You've set up processes like calendars, templates and checklists, with a bias for execution and shipping fast Nice to Have Qualifications Canva and figma fluency, basic video editing Experience with UGC and creator collabs Comfortable using AI to ideate and reformat content Compensation Base: $85,000 to $120,000, calibrated by seniority Bonus: Up to 15% tied to growth outcomes
