About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Field Manager / Project Manager to join our team. This position focuses on on-site field management and plays a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Develop, update, and manage construction schedules while proactively identifying and addressing potential delays. • Track and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection reports. • Oversee daily on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements. • Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to maintain workflow and progress. • Build and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors, clients, and vendors to support smooth project execution. Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a related field. • Familiarity with NYC Department of Buildings regulations preferred. • Certifications or licenses (OSHA, GC, Site Safety, etc.) are a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred. • Valid U.S. work authorization required; driver’s license preferred. Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $80,000 $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience). • Paid sick leave and vacation. • Medical insurance coverage. • Year-end performance bonuses. • Additional competitive benefits.
