Data Analyst

Description: Overview Join to apply for the Data Analyst role at UC Davis Health Informatics. Under limited supervision, this position acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead complex data analyses and develops advanced business intelligence solutions to provide strategic insights for operational and clinical leadership. Synthesizes and interprets multi-source datasets to identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks. Partners closely with business and clinical stakeholders to define, prioritize, and translate data requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions. Designs and optimizes enterprise-level dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. Drives improvements in BI tool performance through advanced data management techniques, including data validation, indexing, and governance, to enhance user experience and decision-making impact.
