Key Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Service • Respond to incoming calls, quotation requests, and product inquiries from contractors, dealers, and service companies. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing accurate information on products, pricing, and availability. • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to support territory development and ensure a positive customer experience. • Follow up on leads, open quotations, and inactive accounts to generate new business and strengthen existing relationships. • Maintain detailed and organized records within the customer relationship management system (preferably Zoho CRM). • Stay informed about A-Power’s complete product range, including HVAC equipment, accessories, and promotions, to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers. Warehouse and Logistic: • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments to verify accuracy and product quality. • Organize and stock inventory in a clean, safe, and orderly manner. • Prepare and fulfill customer orders accurately and within scheduled time frames. • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring safe handling of all materials. • Conduct regular inventory counts and promptly report any discrepancies. • Manage product returns, transfers, and labeling to maintain consistent inventory control. • Work closely with the purchasing and sales departments to ensure smooth coordination between sales commitments and warehouse operations. Qualifications and Skills: • Two to five years of experience in inside sales, counter sales, or warehouse operations within the HVAC, electrical, or mechanical industry. • Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, components, and accessories. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. • Highly organized, reliable, and attentive to detail in both administrative and physical work. • Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including lifting up to fifty pounds. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with customer relationship management systems (Zoho CRM experience preferred). • Residence within or near one of the active service areas in Massachusetts or New York State.
