This first-of-its-kind hybrid model seamlessly blends online flexibility with on-campus community in Trotwood, Ohio (Dayton area), combining athletic development, purpose discovery, and family-centered education through experiential learning that creates real social impact. ### Position Overview We seek passionate educators to revolutionize family-engaged learning through our innovative Learning Alliance. Faculty support both online and on-campus learning, creating seamless educational experiences that build authentic community connections. **Faculty Options:** - **Online Learning Specialist** - Remote family support with campus connections - **On-Campus Learning Specialist** - Campus-based learning pods with online integration - **Hybrid Learning Specialist** - Blended online/on-campus support ### Core Responsibilities - Guide families through our "Baker's Dozen" learning framework prioritizing mental health - Facilitate purpose discovery using monthly self-assessment tools - Support collaborative learning environments built on five founding principles: Collaboration, Humility, Precision, Patience, and Empathy - Mentor students through experiential learning projects creating measurable community impact - Connect college mentors with middle/high school students - Support NCAA-compliant education pathways for student-athletes ### Qualifications **Required:** - All educators welcome (teaching license preferred) - Experience in family-engaged education or athletic mentorship - Comfort with digital platforms and in-person environments **Preferred:** - Master's degree in Education, Athletics, or related field - Homeschooling/alternative education experience - Mental health and wellness support background ### Position Details **Commitment:** - Online: 10-15 hours/week, 100% remote - On-Campus: 20 hours/week, 2-3 days in Trotwood, Ohio - Hybrid: Flexible combination - One academic year commitment with renewal opportunities ### Global Impact Join our worldwide movement spanning 1,075 cities and 55 countries, combating loneliness through meaningful family and community connections via purpose-driven education. ### To Apply Send to **:** 1.
