The ideal candidate will have deep SAP functional expertise in FS-CD (Financial Services Collections & Disbursements) combined with proven product ownership experience in Agile delivery environments. This role acts as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams ensuring clear communication, traceability, and delivery of high-quality SAP solutions that drive operational and strategic value. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Product Owner for SAP FS-CD capabilities across collections, payments, and disbursements. Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories, aligned with strategic product goals. Lead backlog prioritization, grooming, and sprint planning activities. Ensure end-to-end solution design complies with business, technical, and regulatory requirements. Provide ongoing support for SAP enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution. Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and process optimization. Communicate product vision, roadmap, and release plans with leadership and cross-functional partners. Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely delivery. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline. 5+ years of SAP experience, with strong specialization in SAP FS-CD. Hands-on Product Owner experience in Agile environments. Strong expertise in translating business requirements into technical deliverables. Thorough understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and related PM tools. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Experience within the Group Insurance industry is a strong asset. Minimum 10 years overall experience required.
