Key Responsibilities Begin working with insurance-covered clients through guided, stress-free credentialing across multiple states. Maintain full regulatory compliance with built-in tools, audit support, and ongoing professional resources. Serve clients enrolled in widely used insurance plans, including public coverage options. Strengthen financial stability with predictable, bi-weekly payment processes. Use an integrated practice management system featuring real-time scheduling, secure messaging, documentation templates, assessments, and additional tools to streamline daily operations. Participate in complimentary continuing education opportunities to earn CEUs and support long-term professional development. Improve client access to care through simplified insurance verification and coverage support. Requirements Current, unrestricted licensure at the master’s level or above as a Professional Counselor (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S; accepted on a state-by-state basis). Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI). Active malpractice insurance. Interest in starting or expanding a private practice by accepting insurance. Full licensure is required; applications cannot be approved without complete and valid credentials. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting clients who use insurance benefits.
