We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as staff for our Before and After School Programs for the 2025-2026 school year in the Wappingers Central School District. LOCATIONS: Brinckerhoff Elementary School in Fishkill, NY, Myers Corners Elementary School in Wappingers Falls, NY, Sheafe Road Elementary School in Wappingers Falls, NY and Vassar Road Elementary School in Poughkeepsie, NY PAY: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour (based on role, qualifications, and experience) plus our new employer paid childcare benefit JOB STATUS: Part-time, non-exempt HOURS: -Brinckerhoff Elementary School: 7:00 - 8:30 am -Myers Corners Elementary School: 7:00 - 8:30 am and 3:00 - 6:00 pm -Sheafe Road Elementary School: 7:00 - 8:30 am and 3:00 - 6:00 pm -Vassar Road Elementary School: 7:00 - 8:30 am and 3:00 - 6:00 pm The Before and After-School Program team plays a key role in: Leading engaging, hands-on experiences aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, group activities, and supporting homework time Creating a safe, active, and enjoyable environment while serving as a positive role model for the children Maintaining communication with families daily using the Playground App Following state regulations, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and the guidelines of the host school For certain positions, additional responsibilities may include managing attendance, handling registration, and assisting with staffing Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: You’re 18+ and have a High School Diploma or equivalent Experience working with children under 13 is a big plus but not required We value passion and potential You’re medically cleared to perform all job functions and free of communicable illnesses, including TB You bring warmth, enthusiasm, and positivity to every interaction whether it's with children, families, or coworkers.
