Data Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
- Transform data into compelling visualizations using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Advocate best practices in data collection and quality.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, plus 2+ years in a related role; OR 5+ years equivalent experience.
- Expertise in MS SQL Server, Python, TSQL, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions (Data Warehouses, Lakes) and ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory).
- Knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and analytics.
- Background in franchising or retail.
- Proficiency in DAX, PowerQuery, and Microsoft Power Platform.
