All of the CNC’s stations are set up the same which makes it easy to rotate operators to break up the higher volume production jobs. All of the parts are small, 15 to 40 parts may be loaded into one fixture for machining. Attention to detail is KEY for these jobs. Parts must be loaded, locked down, and removed the same way every time for consistency (avoids quality issues). Every CNC has a computer for the operator to log data and scan materials.
