Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated IT Technician / Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT systems. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
  • Assist with remote desktop technology to resolve user issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Configure and deploy new computer equipment for end users.
  • Diagnose and repair computer problems to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the IT Director on various tasks and IT projects.
  • Train staff on newly implemented technologies and systems.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Self-starter, motivated to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong diagnostic skills, particularly with Windows systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
