    • Oversee the integration of cloud services with on-premises systems to ensure security and seamless workflows, improving the efficiency of business operations.
    • Monitor and optimize cloud usage, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management.
  • Planning:

    • Assist with the preparation and management of budgets related to infrastructure and cloud services.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Proactively monitor the performance of legacy and cloud infrastructure, identifying and resolving issues before they impact business operations, leveraging automation wherever practical.
    • Conduct regular system audits, performance reviews, and assessments to ensure all systems meet internal and regulatory standards.
    • Optimize server and network configurations to maximize uptime, reliability, and responsiveness.
  • Project Management & Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Ensure that all systems, both on-premises and in the cloud, comply with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
    • Implement and manage security measures, including encryption, network segmentation, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery plans.
    • Implement and maintain network security protocols, including configuration management, IDS/IPS, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
    • Work closely with other members of the IT team to protect against potential cyber threats and breaches.
  • Vendor & Contract Management:
    • Coordinate the procurement of hardware, software, and cloud services, ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions.
    • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and cloud service providers, ensuring SLAs are met and contracts are effectively negotiated.
  • General:
    • As with all Cemetery staff, occasionally assist as needed with Cemetery functions including special meetings, conferences, Friends events and public programs.
    • Demonstrate responsible stewardship for the environment when planning and implementing all duties incorporated in job description.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
