Job Description

Exciting Opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Worcester/Sturbridge area

Responsibilities:

  • Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the IFSP/IEP/ISPs or client Treatment Plan
  • Develop written guidelines for behavioral interventions, teaching plans and programs
  • Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis to families and staff
  • Analyze data collected to determine teaching program effectiveness
  • Supervise Behavior Therapists
  • Attend IEP meetings and coordinate care plans with other service providers
Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Ed., Psychology, or related field
  • Current BCBA Certification
  • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts
  • Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
  • Valid Driver’s license and access to reliable personal transportation
