Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000

Sign-On Bonus: Receive $2,500 upon your start date and the remaining $2,500 after completing six months of continuous employment.

What Were Looking For

  • Education & Certification: Current BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; Masters degree in psychology, education, or a related human services field (BCBA).
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior plans, and client progress monitoring.
    • Proficiency in Central Reach or similar data systems.
    • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in therapy sessions.
