Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various therapeutic practices and a passion for helping patients improve their physical health and mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
  • Utilize various techniques including trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and exercise prescription tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies for injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for patients in outpatient clinics or home community care settings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy practices to enhance patient care.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid PA state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to movement and rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
