• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on expertise with manual lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of CNC equipment and G-code/conversational programming.
• Blueprint Skills: Ability to interpret and work from blueprints, including GD&T.
• Education: A technical degree in Machine Shop is preferred.
• Independence: Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

• Operate and program NC Mills with precision.
• Set up machines and create custom fixtures for individual parts.
• Understand and apply the correct speeds and feeds for various materials and tooling.
• Conduct quality checks using precision measuring tools (OD/ID mics, calipers, depth mics, etc.).
• Read and interpret standard and metric blueprints.
• Utilize programming software such as Esprit or MasterCam (experience preferred).
• Maintain safety standards and communicate effectively across shifts.
• Adapt to different machines and assignments based on workload demands.
