As we continue to grow and prepare for the opening of our new clinic, we're seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about transforming patient health and advancing wellness practices.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to lead in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of hormone imbalances and deliver a broad spectrum of innovative health solutions. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed medical history assessments.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose conditions.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans focusing on hormone optimization, weight management, and nutritional health.
  • Prescribe and manage medications and state-of-the-art therapies such as peptides and IV vitamin infusions.
  • Maintain meticulous patient records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients to enhance their understanding of treatment plans and promote healthier lifestyle choices.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in hormone therapy and related fields through continued education and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting, with a strong preference for candidates with expertise in hormone therapy or related fields.
  • Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to make decisions and maintain high standards of clinical practice.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of educating and motivating patients and staff.
  • A commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Must hold active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.

Schedule:

  • Part-time position, ideal for those seeking flexibility.
  • Clinics operate a 3-day work week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday) from 9 am to 5 pm.
  • No night, weekend, or holiday shifts.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive pay between $60 to $70 per hour.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid time off.

License/Certification Required:

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
