  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare detailed project deliverables with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and project team members.
  • Apply knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
  • Estimate probable construction costs.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare reports.
  • Design and document mechanical systems using AutoCAD/Revit.
  • Perform engineering calculations and assist with equipment selection.
  • Develop skills in editing and writing specifications.
  • Utilize building performance simulation tools for system analysis.
  • Implement the project quality management plan (QMP).
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and design principles.
  • Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Clear and professional communication abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Experience with engineering calculations and performance simulation software.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
  • LEED Accreditation.
