As IT Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the company's digital landscape by overseeing business applications, user computing, and IT infrastructure. You will lead a small team of IT professionals, driving strategic initiatives to align technology solutions with business objectives and support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Application Management:
- Lead enterprise applications and solutions, including ERP, WMS, eCommerce, and collaboration tools.
- Develop and execute a business systems roadmap while fostering strong supplier relationships.
- Manage large-scale initiatives, acting as both Project Manager and Business Analyst.
- Oversee system integration, enhancements, and user acceptance testing.
- Infrastructure Management:
- Maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring 24/7 system uptime and optimizing performance.
- Implement security measures and disaster recovery plans to mitigate risk.
- Oversee cloud services, networks, and hardware management.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the IT team, aligning departmental goals with company strategy.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Create and manage IT metrics, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
- User Support & Training:
- Provide technical support and develop IT policies, promoting efficient technology use.
- Organize training workshops and offer tools that enhance analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Vendor, Project, and Cost Management:
- Manage IT projects, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Develop IT budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and establish SLAs for critical applications.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and technology use.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (MBA/Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in management.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or CPG industries.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, network systems, cybersecurity, and business systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, ERP systems, SQL, and cloud technologies.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- A track record of successful ERP implementations and eCommerce support.
Preferred Experience Includes:
- Working with Macola/Synergy ERP and WiSys WMS.
- Developing and supporting B2B and Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce platforms.
