Qualifications:

  • Youre a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Medicaid-approved.
  • Afternoon availability is required.

What Youll Do:

  • Primarily work within our clinic, conducting assessments (evaluations of client behavior) and developing tailored treatment plans.
  • Train and provide guidance to caregivers and RBTs, ensuring the best possible care for our clients.
  • Track client progress by analyzing data and updating treatment plans as needed.
  • Supervise RBTs according to BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) standards.
  • Keep up with certification requirements and complete bi-weekly billing.
