Fitness Forum Physical Therapy PLUS offers Physical Therapy appointments where a patient lives, works, and plays. Whether that be in a patient's home, community pool, fitness center, or pickleball court, Fitness Forum PT PLUS is revolutionizing how and where physical therapy + wellness is delivered within our communities.  

We are searching for Full time or part time/PRN Physical Therapists to work with our active patients in their homes and communities in the Kent Island, MD area.

This is a great opportunity for a physical therapist who is looking for flexibility as you will be able to adjust your schedule to meet your personal/family needs and goals

Physical Therapist Education and Experience

  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Maryland state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and/or part of the PT compact program.  (Required)
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum degree of Bachelor's in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA. (Required)
  • Basic Life Support CPR Certification

Physical Therapist License/Certification

  • Physical Therapist License (Required)
  • Driver's license (Required)
  • Current Car Insurance (Required)
  • Good driving record with MVA (Required)
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)

Physical Therapist Job Requirements:

  • Employer expects the employee to play a part in creating a positive culture and developing a company of greatness within the community.

  • Employer expects the employee will practice responsible and appropriate billing practices. 
  • Employer expects the employee to complete documentation in a timely manner as set by company standards.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
  • Duties require extensive standing and walking
  • Duties require lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring patients
  • Duties require frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching
