Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000

Responsibilities:

The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for assisting the entire product lifecycle of a focus area. Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager and with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and leverage analytical insights to drive successful product strategies and launches. Strong communication skills and product management understanding are essential for this dynamic and impactful position.

  • Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Assist in defining product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features to maximize value and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends across the competitive landscape.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to assess product performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay informed with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in internal and external committees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field; or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • 1-3 years mininum of experience in product management with at least 1+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to evaluate metrics, quantify values, and evaluate business success of features and developments
  • Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders (Internal and External) and departments
  • Ability to meet regular attendance expectations and meet tight deliverables deadlines
