Join us as a Locum Tenens NP/PA and unlock the freedom you crave. Guided by our VP of Clinical Operations, you'll spearhead facility growth, learning, and responsibility. Act as a vital link between Senior Care Communities, Leadership, and our Clinical Team, driving exceptional care across new and established markets. What are the must haves (aka minimum requirements):
- Current and valid NP/PA licensure in the state in Illinois
- Access to insured, reliable transportation
- 2+ years of NP or PA work experience
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule
- Flexibility of traveling throughout the state(s) on a full-time basis
Tell me about the job duties (aka key responsibilities but not all encompassing):
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Diagnose or treat acute health care problems such as illnesses, infections, or injuries.
- Recommends diagnostic or therapeutic interventions.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests
- Maintain complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses.
- Prescribe medications.
- Educate patients about self-management of acute or chronic illnesses.
- Onboarding providers
- On-Call Coverage
- Standardization, Compliance, Best Practice
- Education for fellow providers, facilities, and/or patients and families
- Assist with marketing and business development engagement
- Assist with initial development and patient census with new partnerships
