Job Duties:
  • Build and maintain relationships with operating companies and innovation teams.
  • Lead project scoping and ensure timely, high-quality implementation with a focus on speed and risk management.
  • Oversee design and release of engineering drawings for product/process improvements.
  • Design RV sub-systems, equipment, and materials for new products and processes.
  • Create 3D models and support prototype builds from concept to production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Identify process and design improvements, and support operational training.
  • Provide regular project status updates and contribute to operational improvements.


Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing/production experience is a must
  • Self-starter
  • Experience working with vendors and/or being customer-facing
  • SolidWorks experience
  • Comfortability handling project management work
