Position Overview
We are seeking PMHNPs who are ready to break free from the constraints of high patient volumes and limited appointment times. This role enables you to:
- Work with yourpreferred population and diagnoses, tailoring care to meet individual needs.
- Use a full range of therapeutic skills, includingtherapy, medication management, and psychoeducation.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver care through longer, meaningful appointments.
- Provide comprehensive mental health services, includingmedication management, psychotherapy, and psychoeducation.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering support and psychoeducation in line with best practices.
- Act as an expert in your chosen specialty area using aholistic approachto treatment.
- Collaborate with a like-minded team committed topatient-centered care and innovation.
- Maintain detailed, accurate patient records in compliance with professional standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Licensure:Holds an active, unrestricted PMHNP-C or PA-C with CAQ-Psy license in the state of North Carolina and has an active DEA license.
- Experience:Has 5+ years of experience as a PMHNP (new graduates are welcome to apply).
- Certification:Holds dual certification (preferred).
- Schedule:Excited about embracing a flexible schedule to provide balanced, comprehensive care.
- Training:Has or is willing to obtain training in trauma-specific modalities such asEMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, ACT, or Somatic Experiencing.
- Group Therapy:Interested in and comfortable with facilitating group sessions.
- Autonomy:Desires the freedom to specialize in a preferred population and diagnoses.
