Role Overview

We are looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to support our mechanical construction projects. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to develop project management expertise while working alongside experienced industry leaders. You will assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate mechanical installations, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
  • Review and interpret mechanical drawings and construction documents.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Support project managers and field teams in resolving challenges and maintaining momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain project documentation and assist with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination or management (mechanical focus preferred).
  • Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing systems and installation processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and commercial construction projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
