As an Audiology Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and patient-centered environment, with the support of a team focused on delivering comprehensive hearing care.

Job Details and Responsibilities:
 
  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday, professional daytime hours with early closure on Fridays
  • Perform hearing evaluations and provide hearing aid fittings, counseling, and support for patients, primarily adults.
  • Conduct VA disability exams and manage tinnitus for qualified patients.
  • Provide cochlear implant services and Lyric device fitting as needed.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented environment while maintaining independence in patient care.

Required Qualifications:
 
  • Doctorate in Audiology preferred. Hearing Instrument Specialist candidates or recent graduates may also be considered for the right person.
  • Experience with hearing aid fitting, tinnitus management, VA disability exams, and cochlear implants.
  • Strong sales ability, particularly in private-pay environments.
  • Flexibility to work between Cleveland and Athens locations as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
 
  • Competitive base salary plus commission & additional bonuses.
  • PTO: Two weeks of vacation and plus paid holidays.
  • Healthcare Stipend: Potential stipend to help cover 60% of healthcare costs.
  • IRA: 3% match after one year of employment.
