Vida Integrated Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Lead to join our exceptional team at our Vida Bellevue clinic. This is a lead role that will provide leadership and support to the Vida Bellevue PT department. This is your chance to become part of a truly integrated team and advance your career

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation:

$100,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and facilitate growth of the Vida Bellevue PT Department, with support and guidance from Vida's Director of Physical Therapy.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their medical history, current health concerns, and lifestyle factors.
  • Develop individual patient treatment plans based on diagnosis and incorporate physical therapy modalities to address the patient's health issues.
  • Maintain clinical records, including progress notes and patient treatment plans, for each patient.
  • Monitor patient's condition and responses to treatments and adjust treatments accordingly.
  • Consult and collaborate with other health professionals as needed, both internal and external.
Qualifications:
  • US Work Authorization.
  • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
  • At least three years of practicing Physical Therapy.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
