Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $105,000 - $146,000+ annually

Responsibilities:

  • 4 Day Work Week With One Remote Admin Day
  • 10 Patients Per Day
  • This role is outpatient and is also Primary Care
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and provide therapeutic interventions
  • Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Current and active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Massachusetts
  • Experience in primary care or relevant specialty preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
