MRI Technologist
Sanford, NC
Seeking an MRI Technologist for a 137Bed Short Term Acute Care For-Profit hospital to Performs magnetic resonance imaging procedures and produces images for interpretation by a radiologist. Procedures will be performed according to departmental protocols, policies and procedures and established standards of practice. Assesses and monitors patients and provides appropriate patient care. Must demonstrate competency in MRI safety practices with special attention given to screening patients for contraindications prior to scanning.
Must-Haves
Associate’s degree is required.
ARRT Certification in Radiography is required.
ARRT Certification in MRI is required within six months of hire.
American Heart Association BLS is required within 30 days of hire.
