Position Summary
The Clinical Director works collectively with the Senior Vice President, Social Wellness and Assistant Vice President, Family Wellness to provide leadership to the Regional Clinical Supervisors, who, in turn, supervise the Office Refugee and Resettlement (ORR) Lead Clinical Social Workers and Clinical Social Workers. The Clinical Director will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services, maintaining compliance with regulations, and contributing to the development and implementation of effective clinical programs within ORR.

· Supervise and provide support to the ORR Regional Clinical Supervisors. Provide guidance regarding services including referrals and support resources to assist UCs in the program.
· Act as the first line of clarity for management and senior management, collaborating with the Assistant Vice President, Clinical Wellness and Assistant Vice President, Family Wellness.
· Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to Regional Clinical Supervisors, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge for effective performance.
· Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the appropriate clinical program and initiatives aligned with ORR.
· Ensure clinical services meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
· Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services within the regions, identifying areas for improvement.
· Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards in the provision of clinical services within the state of California Community Care Licensing and ORR.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations of clinical staff members.
· Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical data and outcomes.
· Track program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
· Build and maintain positive working relationships with external stakeholders, such as referral sources, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
· Handle crises or emergencies within the region, providing support and guidance to staff members.
· Implement appropriate interventions to address critical situations.
· Ensure that clinical staff members adhere to ORR policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines in their practice.
Must have experience with ORR policies and procedures and/or working with unaccompanied children.
· Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Language Ability:
Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.
Mathematical Ability:
Comprehend and apply principles of advanced calculus, algebra and advanced statistical theory. Work with concepts such as limits, rings, quadratic and differential equations, and proofs of theorems.
Reasoning Ability:
Apply logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Deal with nonverbal symbolism (e.g., formulas and equations) in difficult phases. Deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Proficient in the use of standard office equipment.
