The Property Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing all aspects of maintenance and repairs across the OP property portfolio, ensuring the efficient operation of buildings and systems while adhering to safety standards and budget constraints.

This role involves time and project management, scheduling preventative maintenance, responding to tenant repair requests, and coordinating with OP construction team or outside contractors for larger projects. “This is a safety-sensitive position”.
