The Role
Frank & Eileen is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager Marketing Strategy to lead the strategic development and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing leader with a strong background in advertising/marketing strategy, print marketing, seasonal campaigns, and organic social media.


In this role, you will shape the companys overall marketing direction, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing efforts align with brand vision and business objectives. This position focuses on strategy, planning, and optimization, working closely with internal and external partners to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement, and revenue growth across retail, eCommerce, and wholesale channels.The right candidate brings strong leadership skills, deep marketing expertise, and a passion for fashion, driving brand expansion through both traditional and digital channels. This role will report to the Head of Brand and will manage 1 direct report.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic marketing planning and execution of brand seasonal campaigns and go-to market strategies to support business goals.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that incorporates our brand pillars, voice, and vision across traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  • Oversee print marketing initiatives, including catalogs, brochures, in-store signage, direct mail, and magazine ads.
  • Oversee the organic social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand values and audience engagement goals.
  • Partner with the team to monitor performance and refine strategies based on engagement metrics and trends.
  • Work cross-functionally to align seasonal marketing campaigns with inventory and merchandising strategies.
  • Present marketing strategies and performance insights to senior leadership, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.

Who You Are

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, with expertise in advertising, print, seasonal campaigns, and social media.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing large scale go to market plans for a premium retailer.
  • Proven experience hiring, developing, and retaining top talent within a marketing team.
  • Experience developing and managing significant marketing budgets.
  • Deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing landscapes.
  • Strong experience in managing external agencies and cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and optimize strategies based on key insights. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Compensation

Salary Range of $140,000-$180,000
