Job Description

Your Career

Palo Alto Networks is committed to AI security in the emerging AI era. The AI security cloud service engineering team is the core engineering team to build a solid product to assure the runtime security of our customers when they are using AI, especially LLM services. 

Your Impact

  • Collaborate with product managers, cybersecurity researchers, AI application researchers and developers
  • Design and build innovative and solid products to ensure our customers can use AI service securely
  • Participate in all phases of the product development cycle, from definition, design, through implementation and test
  • Implement real-time security services to customers
  • Work with PLM on new feature requirement
  • Work with QA and DevOps on new release deployment
Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Solid knowledge and hands on experience with public cloud -  Experience with GCP cloud is highly preferred
  • Solid knowledge on kubernetes, helm charts and networking
  • Hands on experience with cloud automation (terraform and ansible)
  • Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid programming skills with python or golang
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Master's degree in computer science or equivalent or Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent or equivalent military experience required

We are constantly innovating – challenging the way we, and the industry, think about cybersecurity. Our engineers don't shy away from building products to solve problems no one has pursued before. 

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $147000 - $237500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
