  • Schedule:
    • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday-Thursday, with required overtime as needed)
    • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM (Monday-Thursday, with required overtime as needed)
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for career growth and stability

Job Description Join the team as a Structural Welder Fabricator and play a vital role in the success of a leading mechanical contractor in the Southeastern United States. Use your welding and fabrication expertise to contribute to cutting-edge manufacturing projects and ensure production goals are achieved. Responsibilities
  • Perform 3G and 4G welding using the GMAW process on 3/8" materials.
  • Fabricate and weld steel components using MIG wire feed processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ability to pass a 3G and 4G welding test using the GMAW process.
  • Experience welding steel with MIG wire feed processes.
  • Positive attitude with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Safety-conscious mindset.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening.
