Bilingual SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) w/ sign-on bonus:

This position provides evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with developmental delays in areas that impact speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and cognition. Speech Tactics provides a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. We provide clinic-based therapy services in our beautiful facility. GENERAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 2 years of experience is preferred but not required
  • Opportunities for supervising up to 2 SLP-As with commission/bonus pay and caseload reduction
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective individualized treatment plans
  • Develop home programs and provide parent education/coaching
  • Collaborate with a holistic team: OT, ST, PT, ABA, PYSCH, and parents/caregivers
  • Quarterly Bonus and Commission Pay

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PEDIATRIC SLP

  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • State of North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS.
  • Excellent Communication skills
