With 5 locations spread out across the Midwest,Phoenix Laser Solutions is the largest YAG laser weld house in North AmericaWe use Laser Welding, TIG Welding, and Cladding to repair, modify and assemble various components, from injection molding dies to Aerospace and Medical devices. Responsibilities and Duties
- Program, setup and operate CNC and manual equipment.
- Read and interpret drawings and CAD models.
- Program and draw in Esprit or Mastercam.
- Compute and document dimensions and tolerances.
- Determine best machining practices needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operations
- Must be able to think outside of the box.
Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software, preferably Mastercam.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organization and management skills
- Good math skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to accurately read and understand blueprints and CAD data
- Solves problems efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to visualize end product
- Works well with others
- Works well independently
- Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
Experience
- Manual Bridgeport and Lathe operation 3 years (Preferred)
- CNC Programing operation 1 year (Preferred)
