BCBA Intern Trainer

The primary function of the BCBA Intern Trainer is to supervise all BCBA interns at their location, implement the AAC internship program in accordance with BACB standards and guidelines. The BCBA Intern Trainer will also plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of individual clients. The BCBA Intern Trainer also consults with and teaches staff/parents/caregivers/team members regarding pro-active, educational, programming, and behavioral supports; develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborates with related services providers as appropriate.

• At least 5 years working as a BCBA
• At least 8 years’ experience working directly with children diagnosed with autism and/or intellectual/developmental delays
