This includes: * Comprehensive health insurance - medical, dental and vision * 401K with matching funds * DailyPay ( , a voluntary benefit that allows associates at our facilities the ability to access their pay when they need it. * Paid time off (beginning after six months of employment) and paid holidays * Flexible scheduling * Tuition reimbursement and student loan forgiveness * Free CNA/STNA certification * Zero cost uniforms Responsibilities * Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct an annual evaluation of goal achievement. * Provide input into the annual operating budget. * Monitor monthly performance of facility in relation to the budget and intervene as needed. * Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out facility programs and services. * Interpret and assure implementation of company policies and procedures. * Insure the highest quality of care is provided at all times. Qualifications * Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred. * Proven leadership ability with at least three (3) years of experience as an administrator in either a long-term or sub-acute care facility. * Current administrator's license in the state.
