As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Talkspace, you provide flexible, remote mental health care to clients at your convenience while managing your own caseload. You have the freedom to choose your schedule and receive client referrals through a user-friendly app that handles billing and insurance. Limited time opportunity for CA-licensed therapists* - Receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus when you apply to Talkspace in December 2024, take on 10 clients and retain them on your caseload for at least 30 days. No Overhead - Wave goodbye to insurance barriers, marketing budgets, and other expenses associated with private practice. Talkspace provides the client referrals to you & handles insurance claim submission and billing so you can focus on practicing the craft you love.
Flexible Scheduling - Provide mental health care on your time, whether that’s during the day, on weekends, early mornings, or late nights. Additionally, if you apply this month, you may be eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
Manage cases, write client notes, and schedule appointments all on the Talkspace app. Earn free CE credits by attending our Learning Community sessions. You’ll also have access to resources like our Provider Help Center, our dedicated Provider Support Team and our partnership with Stride Health to support your health and financial well-being.
Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
90 per hour for live sessions. Additionally, asynchronous messaging rates fluctuate depending on client plans, but reimbursement rates range between $12-$36. Finally, we offer a monthly bonus ($100-$4,000) based on the average number of clinical hours spent with clients on the platform per week, with eligibility starting at 3 weekly hours of client engagement.
Talkspace is an online platform that connects mental health therapists and counselors with clients in their licensed state(s) through an easy-to-use and HIPAA-compliant app.
Exchange text, video, and audio messages with your clients from almost anywhere, at any time. Our platform also supports Live Sessions via video, audio, and messaging.
Talkspace therapists/counselors work remotely and only with clients in the state(s) where they are licensed and allowed to practice.
