Project Locations:
Richland County Ohio: Mansfield, Lexington, Sidney
Stark County Ohio: Canton
Columbia County Ohio: Rogers, Columbiana, New Waterford, Leetonia, Lisbon
& Surrounding Areas
Pay: $16.00–$17.00/hour | Night Shift Opportunities Up to $21.00/hour
Qualified Full-Time Driver Sign-On Bonus – Up to $1,000

At Lane Logix, we do things a little differently We know transportation can be a challenge, so we provide transportation to and from jobsites in company trucks
Non-Drivers Welcome Don't have a driver's license or personal vehicle? No problem Our qualified Drivers pick up assigned crew members at their homes and transport them to and from jobsites.
Qualified Drivers: Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record? Drivers who meet company insurance requirements may be authorized to drive a company truck home. Qualified Drivers pick up assigned crew members and safely transport them to and from jobsites.
COMPETITIVE PAY & OPPORTUNITIES
Day Shift: $16.00–$17.00 per hour
Night Shift: Up to $21.00 per hour on a designated project
Additional Earning Opportunities on Prevailing Wage Projects
Driver Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,000 for qualified Full-Time Drivers
$0.25 hourly increases at 90, 180, and 270 days and one year for eligible employees without disciplinary issues
Opportunities for advancement and traffic control certifications
Night shift positions and premium pay are project-specific and subject to assignment and availability.
