We are seeking a Manager RN Operating Room Outpatient Services for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and we are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. This is a newly created position for our newly opened HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood Outpatient Services Department. With 4 Operating Rooms & 2 ENDO Suites. You will assist the Director of Surgical Services with all department activities to assure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities with the long range plan, mission, vision, and values of the facility.
You will assist in coordinating the department’s participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement.
You will ensure that nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluates the effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
You will provide clinical support to the nursing staff.
You will demonstrate team work, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the Surgical Services team.
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
At least 3 years of experience in an Operating Room setting is required.
