Do you want to work as a(an) CT Technologist PRN where your passion for creating positive patient interactions is valued? If you are dedicated to caring for the well-being of others, this could be your next opportunity. Under the direction of the Laboratory department, all modalities will be responsible in assisting with the collection of patient specimen(s), the proper labeling of that specimen(s) and the safe delivery to the lab department. Their other duties will include quality control, quality improvement, and equipment maintenance.

Coordinate and assist in the care of patients assigned in collaboration with other CT technologists, physicians, nurses, and allied health staff.
Consult with other staff as necessary to meet the needs of the patient and family.
Assure that the necessary clinical equipment and supplies are available and are safely utilized.
Possess the knowledge of growth and development of patients across the life span (neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric).
Perform Point of Care procedures in a timely manner according to established policy and procedure. Document required information and complies with all Point of Care quality control standards.

Associate degree and graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program
Current Medical Radiologic Technologist certification with the Texas Medical Board (TMB)
