Talent Acquisition Partner Our client is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings strong judgment, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate excels at building trust with hiring leaders, managing competing priorities, and delivering a high-quality hiring experience across all levels of an organization. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands‑on, able to balance consultative partnership with efficient, detail‑oriented execution. Hybrid location This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts. Talent Acquisition Partner Responsibilities Partner with hiring leaders to attract and secure top talent for exempt and non-exempt roles. Develop and execute both strategic and tactical recruiting plans to meet departmental needs. Manage high-volume full‑cycle recruitment while delivering exceptional candidate and manager experiences. Utilize Workday and other recruitment tools to source, track, and manage applicants. Build strong internal relationships to understand workforce needs and support ongoing talent initiatives. Talent Acquisition Partner Qualifications 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience across all organizational levels; healthcare experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred; training available), online sourcing tools, and HRIS platforms. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills. Excellent time management, organizational abilities, and analytical judgment in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively in both unionized and non-union environments and collaborate well in team-oriented settings. Compensation $45-$48/hr.
