FTE: Full Time, 1.Shift: Days
Assists with the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures. Provides mentoring, monitoring, coaching, and contributes to evaluation of team members' performance.
Serves as a positive role model for team members by working with them to promote efficiency, quality, teamwork and cooperation.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Certified or registered as a Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. Minimum Experience: 1 year of healthcare experience.
