*We are a small, client-focused law firm committed to providing high-quality legal services in the areas of estate planning, probate and estate administration, trust administration, elder law, Medicaid planning, corporate formation, and business succession planning. We value professionalism, integrity, and personalized service, and we’re seeking an associate attorney who shares these values to join our growing team.
*The Associate Attorney will work closely with the Managing Attorney and firm staff to support clients primarily in the areas of estate planning and probate/estate administration. Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents under the guidance of the Managing Attorney
* Assisting with trust administration and Medicaid planning
* Conducting legal research and analysis
* Handling court appearances, drafting court documents, and communicating with the court as needed
* Meeting with clients directly on estate planning, probate, administration, and other matters on a regular basis
*Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
* Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of the Managing Attorney
* Experience or interest in real estate law and tax law/planning is a plus
